Uh! Another question... how's the experience with https://usehall.com @Juan Luis?

Someone will reply to you shortly. In the meantime, this might help:

it’s good, actually. the AI-generated titles are cool and the SEO is much better than Linen. I see now you can mark discussions as “answered” IMHO the search leans too heavily into AI (although if you look for exact sentences it will now surface questions where they appear) and the auto-reply in Slack is a bit too much sometimes. but honestly the team delivers super fast and they’re very receptive to feedback. I know they’re reading this :)

haha awesome thanks Juan! Just to get this straight, it's an adaptation to the fact that we all moved into the chat world and no longer really use SO even though it's what we all grew up with right? And then exposes all the slack convos back into the internet (including this). Is it also meant to be used as a customer Q&A tool e.g. on the website? Can it plug into internal knowledge bases & code bases? We currently have our knowledge • in 2 slack orgs • in our codebase • in a bunch of git issues / PRs And a variety of recordings & presentations. I know there's 100 RAG style Q&A tools out there, but Hall feels like it's a bit more than that?
