Here’s the idea: I’m actively bidding on jobs across several platforms. When an interview comes up, you would handle the interview process, including HR rounds, technical interviews, live coding, culture-fit conversations, and similar calls. If we land the job, I would take over and handle the actual project work, and we would split the profit. Your role would mainly be handling interviews and daily standup calls.
