I haven't been active developing it for a while. Is there anything actually breaking other than maybe the pins prevent it from being installed? If there are PRs to fix this I am happy to review quickly but I am slightly occupied with other stuff at the moment

I see, no problem. I'm not sure if anything beyond changing the pin is required, but yes current pin prevents it from being installed.

Yes feel free to open a PR to remove the pin, we'll see if it works :) I think it should, I can release soon
