If you're looking to feel more at home, you can also consider using Ibis, a unified dataframe API that takes inspiration from d(b)plyr, for data processing, and even IbisML (which provides a very tidymodels recipes-like syntax). 🙂 These integrate well with Kedro, including the native Ibis dataset. (Obligatory disclaimer: I work full time on the Ibis team.)
