Anybody interested in the application of machine learning/computer vision to martial arts? I spoke to university researcher/lecturer and an MMA trainer for 45 minutes this morning, and they're looking to improve MMA training using data and ML. I think it could be a great opportunity, whether you're deep in the CV space and want an interesting project/data to work with, or even if you're relatively newer to CV and want to build your project portfolio. I don't know if the role would be compensated; didn't ask. Not Kedro-related, but I see no reason you couldn't use Kedro. 🙂 Let me know if you're interested, and I'd be happy to connect you!
